Recruitment Process

STAGE 1

Profiling
We build a corporate profile of the Company. It’s goals, mission and desires for it’s future employees. We look at your heritage and best practices.
From this we would devise a “go to market” plan as to best promote your business highlighting where you see the benefits of a potential career working with you.

We then develop an in depth understanding of your requirements for the position.
If you do not have a job description, we can help you develop one.
We can also help with compensation planning and up to date salary comparisons.
In addition, we can even conduct an exit interview of the employee leaving the position to gather more information about the nature of the position.

Sourcing
We source possible candidates by searching our database of over 20,000 candidates and approaching individuals personally.
In a wider search we of course can also run targeted recruitment advertising, scanning internet databases and utilizing any relevant professional or industry associations and directories.
But primarily we use our industry contacts to network and directly recruit from competing and related companies.

Qualifying
Potential candidates are qualified by skill set, motivation, career fit, experience, income expectations, location and any other parameters unique to your situation.
All of our consultants have been extensively trained in the Gazing Principal [http://www.gazing.com/] over a period of 9 months to ensure they are best qualified to do this.

Short listing
A short list of most suitable candidates are then professionally screened by one of our consulatants and judged critically and in detail against all of the parameters relating to your position.

Testing
If you desire any type of psychological profiling we can administer it for you, or we have access to a wide range of profiling tools, including the Thomas international PPA System, a state-of-the-art human resource assessment software that can predict job success up to 90% accuracy.
This behavioural assessment tool can aid your selection of a final candidate & further be utilised in the review process as this candidate becomes an employee. (see additional services)


STAGE 2

Interviewing
We will organize client interviews at the location of your choosing.
Both yourself and the candidates will be emailed confirmation highlighting exact time, location and contact details.

Reference checking and resume auditing
Before any candidate is hired, we will have personally spoken with any number of current or former colleagues to build up a professional as well as personal understanding of this individual.
We can if required reference check as well to confirm education and employment.
We can also perform credit checks and other security background checks as required. (see additional services)

Hiring
We coordinate and facilitate employment negotiations when required, as well as assisting in any immigration and relocation matters.
We ensure that all of your processes are matched to ensure the candidate is legally able to work and has provided the required level of proof as sits within your HR procedures.
This often includes
Driving licence (both parts)
Passport (visual on original and copy)


STAGE 3

Following Up
Follow up calls are made regularly to the candidate within the probation period and we ask for any contact with you, the client, be welcomed as well.
After this period we have a regular call cycle built into out CRM system to ensure the candidate’s progress is monitored.

Our Guarantee
There is no fees paid unless you hire a candidate OEG presents. Our standard fees are contingent upon us being successful in the search.

Our Candidate Database
Our candidate database consists of over 20,000 pre-screened individuals. Every day we receive new resumes from candidate submissions. In addition, our recruiters actively find talent in specialized
areas on a regular basis. As candidates submit their resumes to us, our recruiters complete a detailed review of their profile. Only approved resumes are entered into our database, and only candidates that match your criteria are presented.
